This Immaculate Holiday Raspberry Lemon Crescent Roll Ring is perfect for serving during the holiday season, especially for last minute entertaining.
Crescent rolls were a big part of my childhood. I grew up eating crescent rolls on almost on a weekly bases. My mom loved to serve our weekend dinners with crescent rolls. I stopped eating crescent rolls a long time ago when I started to pay attention to ingredients in products. It wasn't until I found Immaculate Baking Crescent Rolls that I started to buy crescent rolls again. Many crescent rolls brands use a lot of unnecessary ingredients that I just don't like to put into my body. Immaculate Baking is USDA organic and made with straight-forward ingredients. There is nothing artificial, no food dyes, no hydrogenated oils. Their product is something that I can feel good about buying. On their website there is a product locator that helps you find the closest grocery store that carries their products.
Using the product locator I found that their products were available at my local Fresh Thyme grocery store. The crescent rolls are located back in the dairy and refrigerated section. If you are interested in trying Immaculate Baking products this holiday season, right now they have a $1 off coupon on their website!
During the holidays, I am always looking for quick and easy recipes that are also crowd pleasers. This Raspberry Lemon Crescent Roll Ring is fruity, bright and citrusy. I love the combination of raspberry and lemon together; plus I think that the red raspberry color is so festive for this time of year.
This recipe is simple and easy to make. First the crescent rolls need to formed into one sheet; I just use my hands to press the seals together. After all the lines have been sealed, the raspberry lemon cream cheese filling is spread. Starting with the longer side, roll the dough into one long piece, making sure to tightly seal the edges together.

These are going to be fabulous at Christmas. I have found Immaculate at Meijer, but has anyone else seen them at Harvest Health, Fresh Thyme or Nature's Market?
Jeni
I bought mine at Fresh Thyme!

How much raspberries do you use?
Jeni
I used about 1/4 Cup. It doesn't have to be to exact. I preferred to break up the raspberries with the whisk over leaving them whole.
Jeni
I just saw that I forget to add the amount of raspberries in the directions. I added the amount into the recipe. Thanks for letting me know!
