This Vegan Pina Colada Protein Smoothie will make you feel like you are on a tropical vacation.
This dairy-free tropical is smoothie is made with frozen pineapple, frozen banana, creamy coconut milk, and vanilla extract for a touch of sweetness.
This smoothie is a healthy spin on the classic tropical summer cocktail. I like to use both frozen pineapple and a frozen banana to make an ultra thick and creamy smoothie.
This completely dairy-free protein-packed tropical smoothie is perfect for breakfast or after your workouts. The coconut milk makes the smoothie thick and creamy. I like to use full-fat coconut milk since it's full of the good for you fats.
You can use your favorite protein powder for the smoothie. For this particular smoothie, I like to use a coconut based protein powder. The coconut protein powder helps to add those tropical vacation vibes to the smoothie. I used Carrington Farms Organic Coconut Protein powder which has 20 grams of protein per serving! I love that is also just has three ingredients: Organic Coconut Powder, Organic Pumpkin Powder & Organic Pea Powder. Plus 8 grams of fiber!
I love having this Vegan Pina Colada Protein Smoothie for a healthy protein-packed breakfast. Perfect way to start the day!
