This refreshing Beet Margarita is perfect for your next fiesta!
Margaritas are one of my favorite cocktails. Anyone else love a good margarita?
I always hesitate ordering a margarita when I am out at a bar or restaurant because I can't stand that pre-made sour mix. It just doesn't taste good. Whenever I am at at place where I know their margaritas are made with fresh ingredients and nothing pre-made, I'll order one!
Last year when I was in Salt Lake City, I ordered a beet margarita from Zest. I was intrigued by the idea of beets in a margarita. A unique twist on a margarita. The margarita was earthy and refreshing. I've been wanting to recreate that Beet Margarita since I got home from the trip. I finally created my own version of the Beet Margarita!
For this Beet Margarita recipe, I took a little shortcut. Instead of making my own cold pressed beet juice, I used beet juice from Beetology. I used the beet and berry juice and it was perfect in a margarita. Any of their cold pressed beet juices would be perfect in this margarita.
This margarita is definitely for those who love beets.
