Meet my favorite toast recipe—Strawberry Avocado Toast!
This Strawberry Avocado Toast is perfect for any spring brunch! This avocado toast recipe is inspired by one of my favorite guacamole recipes—strawberry guacamole. I just love the combination of the two together!
The Strawberry Avocado Toast starts by toasting a slice Little Northern Bakehouse gluten-free bread.
Little Northern Bakehouse is my go-to brand for gluten-free and vegan bread. I love that the company is dedicated to making healthier, gluten-free breads without sacrificing taste. Their breads are plant-based and non-GMO. The bread is also certified Glyphosate Residue Free, displaying the Bio-Checked Non Glyphosate Certified seal.
All Little Northern Bakehouse products can be found in the freezer section of the grocery store in most natural foods retailers.
For this recipe, I used their new Sprouted 7 Grain bread. The bread is made with sprouted grains and seed blend. The seeds add a really nice texture to the crust.
I like to mash the avocado with a tiny bit of lemon juice and salt before spreading it on the toast. I usually use one avocado half for each slice of toast.
Sliced strawberries, fresh basil, and a drizzle of balsamic vinegar take this toast to the next level!
This Strawberry Avocado Toast is perfect for a quick and easy springtime lunch too!
