Not even avocado and salsa? Really?! They are so tasty especially in Mexican cuisine. My copain hates onions in big pieces (like the ones you see on the grill or in some American dishes) but like his onions thinly sliced or finely minced. I’ve never had carmelized onions in risotto dishes, but I can see the tasty appeal!
